I am not sure why people only choose to write about their negative experiences with communities. I am also perplexed at the people who write about issues that they have probably never complained to management about.
My experience at St. Regis has been nothing less than wonderful. I am a wise consumer, so I shopped around before I leased my new apartment. So, I was aware that the property shared a portion of the tree line with I-40 and once you are inside you do not hear the noise from the highway. I live in an apartment that faces the wooded area between St. Regis and I-40, so I am speaking form experience. Once you are inside your home and you turn on your TV or radio you cannot hear the noise!!! If you visit the property you KNOW that it backs up to I-40. When I leased they asked me which one did I want also, and I do not see that as a bad thing. Especially when as an INFORMED consumer you know that the average vacancy rate in the city of Raleigh is 7% - 10% for apartment homes. COME ON GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!
People this place is GREAT and I can't over emphasis the fact that the staff is always accomdating to my complaints. They offer opportunities for feedback on an ongoing basis. Yes, they have a GREAT sense of humor so the fact that they probably made light of the fact that someone's furniture was stolem off their patio does not surprise me. Now the spirit in which the aughter was meant I am certain was misunderstood. Natallie and that staff would never disregard someone's concerns.
My overall experience has been joyful and I would recommend this place to ANYONE who looking for a NICE place to call home.
