This apartment looks beautiful at first glance, but if you look carefully you see a building that is falling apart.
The management consistently fails to listen to residents, and I was repeatedly called a liar, and things got even worse when the manager lost my rent check and then tried to make me pay for it!
The rent price depends on the color of your skin, and apparently, I was not the right color, since everyone else got one price, and I got offered an opportunity to stay for $75.00 more a month.
When you start to talk about safety, if you ignore the people running around with pistols and the weekly slugfests in the next building, maybe someone would call it safe.
