We Saint Regis was nice. The best place to be is by the pool on the side with the office. The other side and back have had problems with parking and cars getting hit in the parking lot. Over all we thought it was worth the money. Also they keep the pool clean all year round. Even in the dead of winter you can see the lights and it is inviting. (although it's too cold to swim) That also allows them to open it early in the season. (the pool is rarely crowded) Also they are quick to deal with problems with out causing neighbor conflict. We had loose dog issues they took care of promply.
Even though there seems to be mainly couples and single people it also works well for families.
