We first moved in back in March 2005. The management was awesome, except for Jason who works in the office. Jason treats the renters in this complex like they are all criminals. If you are a girl, watch out. He'll most likely make you feel VERY uncomfortable being around him. The 2 bedroom apartment, for the price, has been pretty decent. The biggest issues recently; the management has changed, Jessica, is an avid, at best, manager. Vandalism is a problem here. The office staff attitude is 2 fold about this problem. In one hand, they act as if it is a common problem, especially holiday seasons, on the other hand, they make YOU feel as if you are the problem. It is horrible. Noise problems, this is mostly caused by the property owners. This complex has been having major remodeling since July 2005. This would be great, except be aware you get NO rest for months and months, including full weeks, weekends and holiday hours. We've actually had to leave several weekends to just get away from the MASSIVE, STRESSFUL noise. I hope after all the construction they do helps bring in new residents, because I know in my building and the building residents beside us are beyond fed up with the non stop construction hours. We are moving out for 2 main reasons, new management, and constant construction noise. Dusk to dawn. goodluck if you move here.

I think that you should look again. This place has improved. You should always think that things get worse before they get better. Well, they went through some rough times and now they are slowly getting better. Especially the Maint. staff. Slim is awsome and he really knows what he is doing.
