I have lived at Regency Place for close to a year and have loved my stay. The apartments are spacious and the rent is reasonable for the area, although I do feel that I could get more for my money at other complexes. I live in a renovated apartment and I feel like my apartment is modern, and not outdated at all. Parking is great, the community is great, and the location is superb. However, there is one problem - there are too many roaches here - much more than I would like to see for what I am paying. Just this week I have seen 2 in my apartment and close to 5 or 6 outside of my apartment when I walk my dog at night. Supposedly someone comes to spray every Friday, but I am not seeing the effects of it. So, all in all it is a great complex and if you are comfortable with a few roaches, then don't be deterred, but if they do make you squeamish, I would say this isn't the place for you. I think the roaches are actually because of the updates they've been doing. I've been here a few months and haven't seen any.

They are called Clairmont at Farmgate. They are pretty nice but are kind of expensive based on what I've been quoted. I think they are open for leasing now.
