Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I'm a college student and have lived at Regency Place for a little over a year. It's a very quiet community with a large diversity of tenants. The location is superb, being that it's right around the corner from crossroads and right beside 40. The walk in closet is wonderful and the balconies are very spacious. The prices for a one bedroom apartment are about the same anywhere else you go. The apartments were built in the 80's, so they are a little older. Because of this, I recommend paying an extra $40 a month to have a renovated apartment. I can hardly tell that my apartment is as old as it is because I have brand new fixtures, painted walls, and updated kitchen appliances. I never have a problem parking right in front of my building regardless of what time of day I get home. I have never had a problem with noisy neighbors, although I'm sure it helps that I'm on the 3rd floor. Overall, I have been very satisfied with my stay at regency place.
