I've lived here for over a year and have generally loved the HUGE apartment - sunroom, large kitchen, beautiful fireplace and built-in book cases.

We've had some problems and most have been fixed very quickly. The apartment is older and it is beginning to show. General maintence is lacking...

The office staff used to be very helpful and very friendly, but lately I've felt that I was not welcome to express concerns, and thus I feel that I cannot get assistance.

Lately they have rented to some less desireable people and thus there have been some noise and parking lot issues.

I would recommend this place overall - just be informed that it is not new!
