I've lived here for over 2 years, and in that time my apartment has flooded 4 times, which has meant my carpet has been ripped up, my ceiling ripped up, and there are water stains on some walls/ceilings. I've had packages and flowers sent to me from family, and these things were STOLEN from my front door (nasty neighbors'). These apartments are very large, but OLD, and come with some serious property issues. Not to mention, since I've lived here my car has always been safe, but other people have had their cars broken into with a smashed window and stolen stereo/cds. I can't wait to move into my new place!!!

I was a resident there in 1994 thru 1996- When we arrived the place had a huge cockroach problem ...the entire apartment was covered with them ( YEEEEEECH) It was dirty when we moved in ..Management was "kind " enough to call an extermenator to take care of this problem . We bought 5 boxes of Borax and put it out every possible , much to the disdain of my neighsbors as they now had our roaches . Management was nice to us after that . Never had issues with breakins , but boy were we glad to get out .
