I have lived in Remington Place Apartments for two years now, and when I renewed my lease I received the same discounted price I did from two years ago (increased by about thirty dollars). There have been some serious plumbing problems here that I didn't think were dealt with well. For two weeks maintenance men were in our apartment from 9am to 5pm redoing the plumbing, so hopefully it better now.

These apartments are huge and they look a lot better on the inside than they do on the outside. You can't ask for a better location in raleigh...convenient access to Cary, Durham, Downtown Raleigh, and the Beltline. If you are a dog owner this is a great apartment complex for you. Also, the maintenance crew responds quickly and the crew can't be held liable for what the apartment complex is not willing to pay to fix.

I have never had any personal problems with the apartment management here.

These designs of these apartments are so cool...with a sunroom, a dining room, a huge living room, huge bedrooms, large closets, and huge bathroom areas. Everything inside my apartment looks new, the moldings, paint, and carpet.

Also, there is a trail in the apartment complex to Lake Johnson, which is a beautiful lake with a three mile path around it. There are tennis courts and a pool also. The gym is a joke but aren't they always in most affordable apartment complexes.

Overall....my favorite apartment complex and I have lived in many in Raleigh
