i've lived here for two years... the first year was good but i had some plumbing problems... after the new management took over, about a year ago i believe, a lot of good changes have happened. they re-plumbed my apartment which was a pain the few days they were there but i've not had a problem since! :) things are always taken care of the first time i ask. i feel welcome whenever i am in the office, like they are happy to see me. the staff hasn't really changed either, a big difference from other places i have lived. so if you're looking, i recommend it here.... we're treated well and have everything we need.
