Great place to live, but a little pricy

I lived at Remington Place in the smallest 1 bedroom for two years and then in the largest 2 bedroom for 6 months. Overall, the community is wonderful. The grounds are extremely well maintained and mature, very beautiful, not to mention right by a lake. The convenience to the Raleigh area is great. Also of high importance is the level of safety that I always felt living there. The smallest apartment was very spacious, and the largest apartment was bigger than most town house's I have visited. I felt like the first apartment was reasonably priced, I started at $599, but the rent raised my second year to $609. My fiance moved in with me and we moved into the two bedroom, and that was just too pricey for us. At $965 a month we weren't spending much time outside of the apartment, if you know what I mean. The only place where I had any problem was in breaking the lease. However, they were fair to the lease I signed, and they certainly tried to work with us. On a whole, I really enjoyed living there, and I highly recommend them.
