Poor customer service from the rental office.

They only have on maintenance man to service over 200 apartments. You can imagine what happens when something breaks. The wait is unacceptable. When me and my family went to get the keys to apartment on move in day the apartment wasn?t ready. It was still being cleaned. We were promised new carpet which never appeared. The mini blinds in the bedrooms were torn and barely hanging. There weren?t light bulbs in the lights in the bedrooms. 1 day after being in the apartment the washing machine broke because the maintenance man did not pull out the shipping rod on the washer and we tried to wash clothes. 2 days after being in the apartment the refrigerator died. We were given a replacement until we got new ones a week later. When we got the new refrigerator the maintenance man did not connect or ice maker. We had to wait a week for him to come back out and finish the job he started. The maintenance man came out and installed new mini blinds in the 2 bedrooms and the dining room. He put the wrong size in the dining room. It came half the way down the window. People could easily look into our apartment. We were shocked to come home and see this. The maintenance came out a 3 days later and fixed the blinds. We have been in the apartment for 6 months now and still do not have new carpet. The slogan is "The Home of Super Star Service". I only wish they would live up to it.
