I?Lm leaving this apartment soon and that is making me SO happy.

The office staffs are rude and lazy.There are two windows in my bedroom but a month ago I found both of them had broken locks...how could I imagine that kind of thing' That made me so uncomfortable. Of course every time I went out I locked the windows but it was meaningless. Fortunatelly my place was not broken in but it could have happend(I feel scared of thinking about it)...anyway as soon as I found that I went to the office and asked to fix them immediately because for me having broken locks was emargency situation. But after all it took ten days for them to fix the locks. Until then I went talk to them four times but I found the lady I was talikng to had never let the maintenance guy know about it.

At that time I also found there is only one maintenance guy working here....I don?Lt know exactly how many rooms there are but it's a pretty big complex....you can imagine what happens in this situation.We are made waite for a long long time to have our stuff repaird.Actually my living room window has been broken since we moved here(that means for a year). Of course I told them about it more than 10 times but they never fix it.On the top of that if you are not at home when the maintenance guy comes they cancel our relacement orders without asking anything(not postpone, they CANCEL it)!! Of course they don't do anything like calling us before they visit or letting us know the schedule.Oh,one more thing.They sometimes come into our apartment without permission if we don't tell them not to do.One time they came in to my apartment while I was out and left the door unlocked.Another time when the boilar on my balcony got borken(we didn't know that but I heard there was leaking downstairs) they came onto my balcony without letting us know and took all our stuff out of the storage.If there had been nobody at home,yes,I can understand that because it was emergency. But there were all of us(three people)at home then but still he didn't have an idea even knocking the door and letting us know the situation.It's insane. Looks like nobody who work here have common sence

Also some people who live here have bad manners. Like leaving dog ----, listening to music laudly at night,throwing away trash in public space etc.Before there was a person who released his dog every night. One time the dog chased my cat around when I was taking a walk with him!Oh,it was awful...I had to keep him at my place for one night and call animal control next morning.

Oh,there was only one better thing about this apartment than others.Water pressure was strong so shower was very storong nice.Sorry to say this but not anymore.I really,really hate this place.Never want to come back here even if they say they would give me free rent.
