I HAVE LIVED HERE ALMOST A MONTH NOW. EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHERE EVER YOU GO THERE MIGHT BE SOME CHALLANGES. THE REMINGTON ON THE GREEN IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND THEY ARE TRYING VERY HARD TO UPSCALE THE LIVING QUARTERS AND CONDITIONS. I LIKE IT HERE AND AND ANY REQUEST I HAVE MADE HAS BEEN HONORED AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I AM NOW 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM WORK AND CHURCH AND I ATTEND GRADUATE SCHOOL 2 LIGHTS AWAY. I LIKE IT HERE AND WE MUST LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER. THE REMINGTON ON THE GREEN CAN BE A GREAT PLACE. I HAVE READ ALL THE COMMENTS THAT WERE MADE AND IN THE PAST THIS PLACE NEEDED IMPROVEMENT BUT NOW WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT HAS MADE A PROMISE TO DO THEIR BEST. EMPOWER YOURSELF AND TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR SURROUNDING AND DO THE THINGS YOU CAN DO POSITIVELY TO MAKE THE REMINGTON ON THE GREEN A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Sorry, I lived there for two years, and the above comments totally smells like a shill or someone on the management staff under orders to write a positive review. Unprofessional staff. Constant loud Hispanic community parties late into the night on the weekends (I am also Hispanic, but hearing the noise at 2 in the AM each weekend night drove me batty). Regular police visits. Front sign firebombed by arsonists. Read the other reviews, and stay the hell away from this deathtrap. Unless you like drugs and loud parties, because there are a lot of both (one of the servicemen had the Chinese character for "murijuana" tattooed on his neck, no lie).
