I have lived here since June and I haven't had a good experience. There is a major bug problem first off, from day 1. Roaches, ants, etc you name it we have it. Second, someone broke into our apt. in October and stole $12,000 worth of stuff. So make sure you have renters insurance, you're gonna need it! Third, the children playing in the parking lot at all hours of the day/ night is just annoying! There is a perfectly good grassy area in front of and behind each building, not to mention a park right down the street. Last, a week ago there was a man outside my window with a gun, just walking around like it was no big deal. Of course the police came and everything, but who wants to have to deal with this kind of stuff' The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff here are very nice and helpful, I'm just sorry they work at this horrible place. I am moving to Camden Overlook, NOW!
