This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived at. I moved in Dec. of 2001 and I should have known then that something was wrong with them. The lady that I did the walk through with rushed me. Things that I had issuses wth she did not write them down, b/c she said she would fix them. A small example is that I have an outside light that needed a glass dome cover, it took them 6 months to get me that cover. That was only b/c I wrote a formal letter of complaint. Also, about 2 weeks after I moved in my heater broke in the middle of the night. This is in December mind you. I called the supposed "emergency maintence number" to let them know. Did I get any maintence help, NO, did I recieve a call stating that someone recieved my call, NO.

Then my washing machine started to leak water when ever I washed clothes. It took a month and another formal letter of complaint to get that fixed, yet they are sending reminders around about mold damage. If you don't want mold damage, fix the machine that is leaking water in a humid place.

Now I am having a issue with my diswasher. It does not drain the water like it is suppose to. There has been water in the bottom of that dishwasher for about 3 months now. I complain, write letters, but I keep getting the same excuse. "We are short on maintence people." Well maybe if your maintence people lived in Raleigh rather that Fayetteville, maybe there would not be so many complaints.

My neighbor's frige has been leaking water for about a month and they are just checking it out now. I know that I an not the only tenant with maintence problems, but to let things go on for months at a tume unfixed is just not right. Another thing the office in never open. If you work a 8:00 am to 5:00pm job, forget ever trying to get anyone in the office. The sign might say they are open till 5:30pm, but I can come home at 4:00pm and the office is locked tight.
