My car was broken into, and the management was not responsive. My neighbor was arrested when Raleigh Police department came to the door and they answered the door with a gun. My other neighbor was dealing drugs. I was approached by strangers at night and accousted. When needing emergency maintenance assistance, none of my calls were returned. There were messages constantly posted on our doors about people's apartments being broke into. There is a lot of crime in that area. A very bad rape just occured in that area. Don't feel safe living there at all! The apartment is old, and there are problems with the piping, etc. There are often power surges during the summer. There are Tons of spiders, and if you pull the carpet up near the sliding glass door, there is actually dirt below it as if it's the ground outside.
