I have lived in Riverwoods for almost three years. I have gone through three different managements. At first the neighborhood was rough but it has cleaned up. The only thing i do not like is that they do screw you with clean up cost. They charged me for Flea control and then they replaced the carpet and charged me for that. Why would you charge for flea control if you were not going to keep the carpet. Also under one of the managment groups i would leave message after message and no one would call back so i called with a stern voice the thrird time and was yelled at by the manager....i was told i was a rude and degrading person and that they didnt want to call me back..i had never been talked to like this before in my life. They apartment layout is great for one person. But make sure that when you move out you get pictures and management to sign that there is no damage cause they will come back with fake damage . The maintance department is amazing! They do fix things as quick as they can! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

If your dog caused the fleas, then you are liable. Would you move into an apartment that had fleas? Well, neither would a new resident.
