I have only been living in Riverwoods for a couple months. The apartments are much older, but the insides have been well taken care of. I have incurred typical renter problems .... all of which are expected when renting. More importantly is how the Management office handles these problems and so far they have been superb in a prompt and friendly response. The rent is good for the area - near lots of shopping and businesses. Though the apartment could use an update on appliances. Overall, the wooded trees in the complex add more privacy. Most apartment windows don't face another apartment, but a tree instead.
