I'm a new resident, but I wanted to say how much I've enjoyed living here so far. The management staff is wonderful. I had a problem with my move-in date (my problem, not theirs) and they were able to easily accomidate me and actually put me in a much nicer location. I was even given a "welcome home" packet that included everything from cupons to answers to common resident questions. I've never been made to feel so welcome by a management company after they had my money.

The "townhomes" are older, but in this instance seem to be better made. I haven't heard one sound from my neighbors and there is plenty of parking. I'm not sure if there aren't a lot of kids in this complex, or if my building just doesn't have many, but this place is really quite quiet and respectible. And I really love that there isn't dog poo all over the place and they have a dedicated dog run.

In short, this is a wonderful apartment for the money. I've never actually been so satisfied - of course, I did use to live in a Colonial Grand apartment!
