I've been dying to get out from the first week I moved in. My move-in check list was completely ignored, which included missing shelves in the kitchen and a missing hood over the range. The carpet leaks from underneath every time it rains, causing staining and the place constantly smells bad. The appliances are old and disgusting. The refrigerator smells and leaks nasty brown water. Management has been very unresponsive in addressing these matters. Also, the water heater sprung a leak and sprayed water all over the wall, leaving stains that they have failed to do anything about. The walls are paper thin, and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on with my noisy neighbors.
I would definitely NOT reccommend living here!!

I definitely agree with you on your comment. The management here is terrible. They don't fix any problems. All they want to do is collect rent. They really need to upgrade the appliances in the apartments. The stuff is real old and worn down. And of top of all that who would paint the buildings blue, green, and yellow. How tacky is that? Why not be consistent with the color scheme for all apartments? I wouldn't recommend living at Riverwoods Apartments or Drucker & Falk property.
