Welcome to HELL. I have been living in Riverwoods Apartments for the past 9 months, thank god only 3 more months to go, the lease will be up, and I will be moving out. This is the projects ladies and gentlemen. They are accepting section 8 vouchers. There have been several cars broken into and shootings have occurred out here. This place has been hell since day one. My ceiling caved in when alberto came through, my water heater busted, my apartment flooded when Ernesto came through, the parking is terrible, never no place to park. Also, in my building we have drug dealers out here and I have witnessed that. I spoke to management and they haven't done anything to this date. Maintenance suck. They don't know how to fix anything. You have to keep asking management to repair problems in the apartment. I had to threaten to take them to court in order to get my apartment fixed. It took them several months to get my apartment straightened out. One of the maintenance men tried to flirt with me. The management is terrible. They don't fix any problems. All they do is tell lies. The spiders are terrible at riverwoods and the cockroaches will take over your place. On top of that the walls are so thin that I heard my neighbors having sex and screaming and howling one night. They were hitting the walls so hard I thought they were going to come through the wall. Talking about I am coming. I am coming. I had to call the police to have them stop. There is nothing I can say good about this place. So if you are looking for an apartment in Raleigh, don't stop at this place at all. Beware!!!!
