This community is horrible! Drucker & Falk should be ashamed to own this place and employ such unprofessional staff. The office staff are impolite, non-responsive, unprofessional, hypocritical, and just plain bad employees. I have lived in a handful of places in Raleigh and Riverwoods is by far the most unprofessionally run community. The office staff lie to try and cover their mistakes up. They act like you are bothering them when you go up there to submit a work request. The maintenace staff is a joke. One of the guys is always flirting with residents and is just plain lazy. I have seen him multiple times hanging out on the golf cart and sitting in his car, during business hours at the workshed. This place has become increasingly suspicious because of the tenants they allow to move in. There have been at least 3 robbery/vandalism incidents in the 9 months I have been here. The office staff sends out the same notice to residents, like it is going to do anything...stop letting HOODLUMS live here!!!!! Parking is horrible, Outside lights don't work, the laundry room is always a disgusting mess (I have cleaned it myself before-because it was so nasty), staff is horrible, apartments are old and rundown... I can't wait to get out of here. Don't move here!!!!!
