After reading the other comments posted, I thought it necessary to say...they are right. This is not an ideal place to live. The office staff and maintenance are some of the most unprofessional, hypocritical people I have ever dealt with. The apartments are very old and unkept. The office staff do not allow you to see the apartment you are going to move in...most likely because they haven't attempted the cleaning, painting, etc...until the night before. There are constantly things going wrong. If they would put a little effort into maintaining the community they wouldn't have such emergency issues that they do. They lack the necessary communication skills that should be required of their position. They try to fix everything by hanging a note on your door. This community is not very big...how difficult is it to call someone and let them know you got their work order request and you are doing everything you can to get it taken care of in a timely fashion''!! The parking is horrible, the outside lighting is a joke, the residents are "shady", like someone else's review stated. The only appealing characteristic about this community is its location.
