I have been at Riverwoods for one year and I am about to renew my lease. I am suprised that people have chosen to "pick" on the staff. I have had great experiences with all staff members. Not everytime I have discussed something with the office have I gotten the response I was wanting but I suppose they have policies just as any other job would.

I have a 1 bedroom loft that I adore and have not had any major problems. Any little problem was taken care of quickly. Maintenance has been helpful. I like it here..
