I moved into Sailboat Bay in May of 2003, and I'm signing a new lease that will keep me here for almost another full year.

My apartment is comfortable and cozy, only every once in a while does it get noisy around here, and I've seen zero evidence of vandalism or theft.

My bike has sat on my patio for four weeks (I live on the ground floor) and nobody has touched it.

I leave my grill outside and unchained all night after I've cooked with it, and it hasn't been touched.

This apartment complex is fabulous, and you can't beat the price and have as nice an apartment.
