Mold, Water on Ceiling, Smelly

I'm glad others have had good experiences here, but I've lived in two different 2nd floor units in different buildings and both have had the same problems.
In the first one I started noticing a odd musty/moldy smell on all my clothes.
I found mold in my closet.
They came and put something on it, but the apt.
still smelled moldy.
Then in the W/D closet (I didn't have a W/D) there was an awful smell too.
They came and told me it was sewer gas leaking through the W/D connections.
Ewww.
They told me to pour bleach down the hole.
So I did, then the bleach started eating a hole in the base of the wall.
So I moved to a different unit.
Here's what they've had to come fix in this unit since I've moved in: no weather stripping on doors so roaches got in, no good caulking on windows so ants got into the cabinets when I opened the window, water spots on the ceiling, nail in disposal when I moved in, sewer gas leaking in my bathroom (I now have a W/D hooked up but it still smells in my bathroom), air conditioner needed cleaning, had to caulk many cracks and holes in the walls where spiders/bugs were getting in.
I recently washed every piece of clothing in my closet in one day to see if I can get the musty smell out.
They put an enzyme in the drains and said that should help.
We'll see.

i am thankful for this post. as i read the other reviews it appeared that there was probably mold, where there are leaks, there is mold. i just spent 3 yrs in a unit that i own and have lost everything (not to mention health ramifications) b/c of it being worthless due to mold.
thank you for saving my time, money and health.
