I've lived here for years and love it!

I have lived here since 2001 and although Sailboat Bay does not have the newest apartments they are in good condition and the rent is really affordable.

The apartments are smaller but have everything you need.

I don't have an odd amount of work orders and they get taken care of right away.

Jeff is really good and usually comes out the same day I call the office.

I also really like the community itself.

That is the main reason I have stayed.

The area is very quiet.

I haven't had a problem with any of my neighbors and you just don't hear a lot of noise.

I love that! And it is on Lake Lynn so it is nice to be able to walk out of my front door to the lake.

Anyway, a friend was checking this website and I saw some of the things other people had written.

I like Sailboat Bay so much I wanted to say some nice (and true) things for them.
