I just moved in two weeks ago and i love it. it is a bit old but in great shape for the age. It was very clean and everything was in working shape. The only problem i had was with the dryer duct in the laundry room, they fixed it the same day as i called and after doing so they hooked up my dryer which i didn't even request, needless to say i was very impressed. I don't hear much noise and i live on the bottom floor. I really like the excersise room though it is small and the pool is great. Everything so far has been great. I would sugest this place to anyone looking for an affordable 1 bedroom appartment!!!
