I just moved here, but so far this place is great! As others have mentioned, the complex isn't "new"--I believe it was built in 1985' HOWEVER, the buildings have been well-maintained. Maintenance was very helpful when I had a water heater problem upon my move-in. The office staff is friendly. And most importantly, this place is very quiet. No problems with noise at all.

This seems like a nice place for young professionals just starting out, grad students, and teachers/profs like myself who live on a limited budget. You're not going to find a better combination of **affordability**, safety, and peacefulness in Raleigh.
