Was told carpet would be new upon move in' It was not.
I have no animals and fleas upon move in' My god! Fleas were everywhere and took a few days to realize they were chewing up my feet and lower legs.
Not fun.
Carpet was not replaced until latter.
You all see....
Two weeks after move in I have a conversation with pest control guy about the possibility of re-infestation and the fleas life cycle.
- Not my idea of fun.
Had AC problems from day one.
Ac was on 98% of time to maintain temps at 77-78F' Took them two months of recharging / discharging AC unit until I recommended they replace AC unit.
Eureka! New unit installed Ok since.
Fingers crossed.
Preventive maintenance is non-existent.
They will wait till someone complains about disrepair.
Maintenance guys are nice fellows it's not their fault.
Fault lies with property management.
2.5 months after move-in vacant apt above has a water pipe leak.
I Wake up and head to bathroom and wonder why I'm standing in two inches of water' They actually wanted to lift carpet and try to dry it out with these industrial fans that sounded like jet engines for two days.
NOT!!! Required they replace my carpet.
Manager is not empowered to make any decisions what so ever (very sad and a waste of resources) needs to get approval from higher management on any minor monetary decision.
Really makes you wonder why they give them a title of manager'
I'm in my 4th month here and hope to god no more problems are in my future.
Wood siding is absolutely disgusting with bugs, spiders and spider webs everywhere.
A little annual pressure washing would help-Yeah right- you re dreaming ladies and gentlemen.
Stay away --- prices may be ok but hassles are not worth the savings.
PS Sauna room is full of boxes and rendered unusable.
I'm an honest person and will say --lake is nice and area is a nice location in general--I did not ask for these problems.
Ive just had some very bad luck with this place so far.
Hope your experience is better than mine if you do end up here.
Cheers!

This is the most disgusting place to live. Everything is always broken, bugs everywhere, office staff is rude and unpleasent. The blonde one was hardley ever there, and Marcia had a huge attitude problem and always looked dirty. Marcia always brought her daughter to work and made her sit there the whole day. Phone calls were never returned, things were never fixed, they desperatly need NEW STAFF ASAP. They will overcharge you when you leave, oh and if they have an issue not contact you because THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOB, hmmm maybe they've had so many managment companies when all they need to do to turn the property around is get a whole new staff DUH. Don't live here go to Mariners Crossing or Colonial Grande. THIS PLACE IS A DISGUSTING DUMP. Spend the extra 20 bucks and go somwhere else!! BAD BAD BAD BAD!! RUN!!!!!!!
any positive reviews about this place must have been written by a staff member because anyone who truley lived there knows how disgusting it is!!!
