Enjoyed 3 years here, move-out was good with prompt deposit refund

I've reviewed Sailboat Bay positively a few times during my 2007-late 2010 stay for a job opportunity.

Only reason I left is that job ended and there were better opportunities for me elsewhere.

I got my security deposit back, in full, in under a month from when I moved out.

No deductions for anything, even though there were 3 years of normal wear-and-tear.

This was a great place to call home, and had it made sense for me to remain in the Raleigh area I'd happily still be calling it home.
