Sailboat Bay is a wonderful place to live.
I have been here a little under a year and the place is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the staff members are wonderful.
I have had several things needing repair I leave a voicemail and by the time I get home from work it's fixed.
They are courteous, professional and caring.
They have also held a couple of events at the Management office for the tenants and also raised money for the ASPCA etc.
If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, path to Lake Lynn and somewhere to call home look no further.
Of course, if you don't believe what I am saying come and judge for yourself.

This is the most disgusting place to live. Everything is always broken, bugs everywhere, office staff is rude and unpleasent. The blonde one was hardley ever there, and Marcia had a huge attitude problem and always looked dirty. Marcia always brought her daughter to work and made her sit there the whole day. Phone calls were never returned, things were never fixed, they desperatly need NEW STAFF ASAP. They will overcharge you when you leave, oh and if they have an issue not contact you because THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOB, hmmm maybe they've had so many managment companies when all they need to do to turn the property around is get a whole new staff DUH. Don't live here go to Mariners Crossing or Colonial Grande. THIS PLACE IS A DISGUSTING DUMP. Spend the extra 20 bucks and go somwhere else!! BAD BAD BAD BAD!! RUN!!!!!!!
any positive reviews about this place must have been written by a staff member because anyone who truley lived there knows how disgusting it is!!!
