just wondering why I always seem to have things hanging from my doorknob..yet when the laundry area was closed due to GAS LEAK!..well I would have thought that someone would have hung something on the door telling of the closing and issue ..and it was a weekend when most do there laundry ...yet today there was another item hanging from my door telling about a ASPCA meet and greet ..uumm please prioritize what you think is important ..and what "we" think is important..

That's it? That's all you got? That is your complaint about SB? lol, I have been at SB for about 6 months and I welcome notes from the office letting me know of events and happenings. The laundry thing I knew nothing about and will just have to take your written word that it was closed de to a gas leak. I don't go to the laundry because simply, my apt has a washer dryer hookup and thusly, I have my own washer and dryer. This place rocks so far!!

When I lived there I thought it was obnoxious how they never informed us of things closing or when they would be opening. And I lived there for two years. Things were ALWAYS broken, with no word of when they'd be fixed. Just because you use don't use the laundry room, doesn't mean that others don't and shouldn't be able to have access to it. Why are you on a high horse b/c you have a washer/dryer set up in yours? Wierd. People are allowed to have complaints and opinions, she was inconvenienced.

This is the most disgusting place to live. Everything is always broken, bugs everywhere, office staff is rude and unpleasent. The ---------- was hardley ever there, and ------ had a huge attitude problem and always ------------. ------ always brought her daughter to work and made her sit there the whole day. Phone calls were never returned, things were never fixed, they desperatly need NEW STAFF ASAP. They will overcharge you when you leave, oh and if they have an issue not contact you because THEY NEVER DO THEIR JOB, hmmm maybe they've had so many managment companies when all they need to do to turn the property around is get a whole new staff DUH. Don't live here go to Mariners Crossing or Colonial Grande. THIS PLACE IS A DISGUSTING DUMP. Spend the extra 20 bucks and go somwhere else!! BAD BAD BAD BAD!! RUN!!!!!!! any positive reviews about this place must have been written by a staff member because anyone who truley lived there knows how disgusting it is!!!
