Lived here for a year and it was the worst experience ever.

Apartments are old and full of bugs, I even had a mouse in mine!! Hated the staff, they were rude and are only nice to you until you sign a lease(they make commission and you get screwed).Staff doesnt solve problems/return calls or even wave hello when you see them.

Was very noisy, trash everywhere, THE POOL WAS A HEALTH HAZARD!!!!!! Laundry room was a disaster that had broken machines! Can get such a better deal for your money if you go somewhere else!! Don't Waste your time in SAILBOAT HOOD like I did!!

Because every time someone comes on here and posts their own personal experiences, you have to chime in with a response, as if implying that their experience doesn't hold merit. And considering the fact that I was a good tenant, quiet, respected my neighbors, etc., I don't see how in the hell you can claim that it's "good that I moved out" because I provided two examples in my last post, instead of 5, 6, or whatever. What idiocy. So the place is getting better and better as a result because I people who only provided a few specific examples in a limited space, instead of 20, moved out? That makes no sense whatsoever. I moved out because I got a job out-of-state; you're probably stuck bagging groceries at the Harris Teeter or something (unless you do in fact work for mgmt).

SBR, Once again you attack someone with an opposing view instead of simply stating your case and moving on. You said your peace, stated your case as to the condition of your apt and the reason you left. Just try not to assume things about others, as you will most of the time end of wrong. It's like the old saying, it is best to let people think you the fool than open your mouth and remove all doubt. Best of luck to you in your new job and in yoru new digs.

He posted a response and youre telling him off for it yet....youre here doing it to him. WOW! You must be Marcia or Brigette! If youre that bored in the office, try calling people back when they need to speak to you about getting things taken care of. Try renting to people who dont want to live in a dump! The outside looks awesome, the inside and once you sign the lease....its all crap from day one. When people say they loved it there, Im assuming its the ones who travel alot and dont have to deal with it daily.

most of the time people who complain are just chronic complainers....i have never had a bug in my apartment so maybe they don't know you get bugs when you don't clean your apartment....have never had issues with staff either....think of how fun a job would be where someone constantly needs something from you and multiply it by 200...no one can be gracious 24/7...where has all the human compassion gone....i bet all the complainers hate thee jobs too.....lets try to have some common courtesy for each other...sure would be a happier country...
