The one bedroom apartment I live in is very small, but the deck is quite large. It faces the woods and is very quiet. This I love. However the central heating and air system is old and LOUD and there is only one closet in the entire apartment!

The building is old and I have had a steady flow of plumbing problems. The walls are quite thin and I don't like the set-up - my bedroom is next to my neighbor's bedroom. In my last apartment, my bedroom connected to my neighbor's living room which allowed for a certain amount of privacy at night.

I like the current management but it changes so often. There have been numerous car and aparmtent break-ins and I have reported a male neighbor for peeping in my apartment. Their standards have dropped for tenants who rent. I'm leaving at the end of my lease.
