I have lived at Shellbrook for 3 months now, and I have been VERY pleased with my choice. The apartments are nice, clean and spacious. The ground of the complex are very nice as well. I have two dogs, and they have loved every second here, there are so many wonderful wooded and clear areas to walk them in.

It is convenient to the beltline and to good shopping. The price to square footage ratio can not be beat by any apartment complex I have seen in the Raleigh area. On top of that, the apartments have free high speed internet access, and they cover a portion of your cable bill.

I should also say I have only had to put in One maintenence request, and it was taken care of within one hour of my phone call.

I have been very pleased with Shellbrook and would highly recommend it to anyone.
