I have spent one year at Shellbrook (2005) and I would not recommend them to anyone. The management is very poor and they with held my deposit for no reason stating that I had stains on the carpet that were already there when I moved in and were documented. When they received complaints about noise they refused to do anything about it and the staff is very rude and unwilling to help. I did not renew my lease with them as I found another apartment right down the street that was more reasonably priced and the management here is much better. I was very disappointed in the way the management handled my lease and in the way they dealt with me. A good management team is important for the apartment complex you are putting your trust in, I would not suggest this as a place of trust or safety. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
