I have lived here since 2002.At first it was an ok place to live. Has nice neighbors that were quiet even though the walls are paper thin and you can here everything thru them. Now this place has turned into a complex where the people run up and down stairs at all hours screaming and yelling and slamming doors. Do not feel safe here at all since the police have been out here several times at the apartments.Tired of hearing all the dogs barking and the outside lights going out and not being replaced. The new remodeled gym is a joke. The weight machine is broke and as far as the laundry facilities they are also a joke. On any given day 3 out of 5 washer are broken and nothing has been done to replace them. But they did change the price from .75 to 1.00 so you would think they could get some new machines. Was very happy here in the beginning but now I can not wait to get out of here. I will not rent a place from drucker and falk again if this is how they do business. And when I asked at the time that my rent was increased 50.00 a month if I could have some renovations done (old kitchen cabinets, a bathroom vanity that came over on the ark) I was told they had already done all the renovating for now.But the model is of course a showcase with wooden floors and maple cabinets and a vanity that is big enough to put some things on. As you can tell I am quite upset about this place and I will be glad when I move.
