I have lived here only briefly and the first few days I loved it. Then came the roaches (15 in 40 days). They have sprayed 3 times since I moved in (less than two months ago). No one returns my phone calls and they have not repaired anything that was broken when I moved in. I hear everything my neighbors are saying. Random people ringing my doorbell during the nite. The pool was closed for random days due to chemical levels and then for 2 weeks. The treadmill was broken half of the time I tried to use it. DO not be fooled by how nice the people are. All I know is that my building is like living in a 3rd world community.

I think calling this a third-world community is a TREMENDOUS stretch unless you live in a spoiled bubble and haven't lived in other apartments in Raleigh. What a joke. Exaggerations aside, I will say I agree with the annoying aspect of the pool, gym, etc. Our ever-increasing rent is supposed to supply use to such amenities, but the treadmill was indeed broken for about a year. Then replaced with two cheap models that the belt isn't tight on, so it's really easy to trip when running (lawsuit waiting to happen). The pool often was not open the last two summers due to chemical probs. I was very happy that it opened the beginning of May this year. Hopefully, they're back on their game. As far as infestations, we have lived here for three years and have had none. A total of three roaches ever seen here. FAR better than the last apartment I lived at, where they were everywhere no matter what you did. And the ones here weren't those gross kitchen ones, but the big ones that eat mulch and want to be outside. C'est la vie. There is a bit of annoying BS here they call "beautification" (whatever), but it really is so so so far from anything like a 3rd world community.
