Great Apartment Complex

I moved to Raleigh by myself ( a young female) and was nervous about picking a safe area. Shellbrook was the best choice I made. It was safe and I have a small dog and not once did I feel uneasy about walking her alone at night in the complex. My neighbors were ALWAYS friendly and we even kept an eye out for each other. Repairs were done the next day that I requested them and the apartment complex is kept very clean. It is quite even on Friday and Saturday nights. I don't know why anyone would ever give a bad review for this place; I have been renting for 4 years in different cities and this was by far the best place I have ever lived. It was even recommended by another employee of a competing complex to me, that is how I found out about it. If the competition is singing their praises, then they are doing something right.
