From Day one we had nothing but problems, the first week we moved in a pipe busted in the ceiling and maintainence tried to fix but made worse and our downstairs flooded. This is a known problem with the type of plumbing in the older apartments but they just wait for them to break. It took them over a week to get things fixed and the large whole in the ceiling patched. They did offer us a different apartment but we decided to stay. They dried the floors with large fans and replaced the padding underneath the carpet, and sprayed some anti-mold stuff. I guess that was ok. The apartment was torn apart for a week. Afterwards things started to fall apart. It seems like everyday we have to call about something. Sinks running by themselves, 3 sinks in this apartment have had to be fixed at least 2 times. 1 more than 4 times. 1 thing righ after another..

Roaches, and bugs are another problem. On the few warm days so far we have seen roaches that are huge!
Outside all you can smell is sewer. It's disgusting!

The price wasn't bad for the size, but with all of the problems its not worth it.
