Other people have said it before, You can do better for the money.
-Sloppy maintence and up keep.
-Half the sockets don't work and our v. loose and will come out a bit when you pull your plug out.
-Bath does'nt drain until you stop showering and then takes 5 min. to empty. Maintence was here tried to fix it, not much success haven't heard since previous complaint.
-Half the closets do not stay shut.
-celings are cracked and chipped.
-wall paper is ripped and torn and paint stained.
-Doors were painted shut.
-sink didn't work had to be fixed twice.
-weird moldy thing in kitchen
-oven broken and on a weird tilted slant.
-v. poor cleaning by mgt when i moved in. There was urine on the wall and floor of bathroom. Low cleaning standards.
-v. thin walls.
-cheap and poorly constructed front doors. No inside bolts for xtra security.
-people leave their dog crap when they can get away with it.
-lots and lots of bugs. I have Never seen such big cockroaches. Lived in Raleigh for 2 years and never stayed ahywhere where it has been this bad. Last place I stayed at did a mandatory spray 2x a year and I never experienced bugs.
-Kitchen tired and worn out. Last place I lived in, the place had modern kitchen with microwave included.
-Celing lights would be nice, especially consider half your sockets don't work
-Also, when moved filled out form with all probs. Mgt. said they would fix the stuff. Came about 4 times. Haven't heard since and have been here almost 7 months. Don't think I should have to keep asking.
-Master bath has no celing fans, but guest bath does.
-Mgt. start off friendly and helpful, but the more you complain the more sour they are. The smiles and warmth you get is only for the sales. I liked Chamblis though.
-No movie club that I am aware of

Only good thing is close to movie theater, shopping, restaurants and plenty of parking.

You can do better for your money do not stay here. Think twice before you move in here.

This was a nice community 15 years ago. Junk construction has reached the end of its useful life.

I agree with several of Katie8282 experiences. These apartments are tired, dark and need rebuilding. They are not very good at sound insulation (you can hear your neighbor's day-to-day living noises and there is quite a problem with dog barking. Heater is noisy and are next to bedroom. Mgmt says "that's just how it is".
