Not everything is as it seems

A lot of Drucker & Falk managed apartments seem nice on the outside, but inside they often are in a average-poorly maintained and decorative state. Many apartments are
outdated. For the rent this company charges and the desperation of many apartment communities are in trying to attract tenants, you can easily find much better places.
The management are all smiles before you sign up, but they two-faced and disinterested in looking after your needs and if you persist in some matter, they can regard you as a "problem", and then you are on your own.
Maintenance quality & service is variable. Expect them to turn up at your apartment unannounced.
If you are considering moving here, look carefully at the inside of the apartment, make sure everything works and also come around by yourself and speak to other residents, who will give you a more realistic viewpoint of the community.
Good luck with your search.

Wow... there's not a comment in this review that I would disagree with, especially the part about getting them to fix something... you have to be presistent to the death to get them to fix anything properly.
