A gem when we lived there

Seeing a lot of the reviews, I felt the need to give our experience. This was a wonderful place to live. A great deal for the money, especially since we now live in NY where rent is almost twice as much. Large luxury style apartments with plenty of storage space. We didn't even use the third bedroom as much more than a space for storing a few boxes (and we have a TON of stuff!). Quiet apartment on the side across the road from the leasing office. We rented sight-unseen. Loved the fireplace. Only concern was that we were in such a wooded area that we couldn't get a line for Directv and had to go with Time-Warner instead. Not a huge deal at all. Polite and timely maintenance staff. Had to leave lease early due to a job transfer and office staff was very polite and patient while we worked out final payments to break lease. If we ever return to Raleigh, Six Forks will be our first call!

Who the hell cares about what the place was like when you lived there. It is about what the place is now. And that would be ----.

It's now shot.
If you come back to Raleigh, please look at better properties.

I have lived there for two years and loved it at first. New management took over about 6 months ago and the place has gone downhill very fast. Maitenence has taken a turn for the worst. I have not had my air filters changed in a year and they quit spraying for bugs. The office personnel is still A list but the maitnence and the new residents are bring this complex DOWN! Fast.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear there have been problems at this apartment complex. I'm in a pickle. I'm looking to move and have a dog who is discriminated against because of her colors. (black and tan) so we're very limited in our choices. Isn't there a leash law that governs above and beyond the apartment complex rules? Or is that only Raleigh City Limits? If I move there and I'm out with my dog and another "loose" dog runs up on us, we'll be in big trouble!I'll have to have mace and a tazer. My dog will protect me -Whatever it takes-After all, I do feed her and let her out to potty and play. Anyone know about how many "big" dogs vs "little dogs" live there?
