When myself and my family decided to move to Six forks station it was because it seemed that this would be a great place to be since there were many choices of grocery stores, a movie theater and stores and schools that were close they had two amazing pools one area where it has a kid pool which was great for us since we have small children.but as the months past it would be days sometimes a week at a time where the pool were shut down because of the lack of security to watch and monitor the pool. People arent regulated on their pets so you will find people standing at there doors while their dogs roam to walk themselves. the owner leave pet fieces on the grass when proper bags are provided. Parking isnt very well checked as some people have visitors and all there visitors take up all the parking leaving you to have to park far from your home.And contacting the maintance people is pretty much a waste of time. if they do come it will have to be in multipul trips because the problem never seems to get fixed in the first trip or two.some of the regulations arent follow as people cook on their back porches leaving their food unattended (which is a fire hazard).so over all i would say if you have another choice you might be better off..

AMEN. I had the same problem with them and with my apartment too. It flooded the whole apartment and ruined everything, TWICE. Now they want to charge me for damages after I moved out. I say report them to WRAL live at 5 and have a few of the tenants say a few words about "real" wholesome luxury living there. I am trying to contact the better business bureau and the attorney general about schyster's like this place.
