When we moved here, this complex had a high level of recommendations (75%). Now it seems that this has more than halved and its not hard to see why. The low quality of the tenants is a big reason why and it is clear that the current management company are allowing any kind of tenant to come here now. If I took pictures of the way people live and the type of people now living here, you could easily guess this was the gritty Bronx, or South Central Los Angeles. More and more U-haul trucks come and take away nice tenants and are replaced, it seems, by more and more lower economic classes of tenants. Its also quite expensive for rent and utlities.
If you come here, you can expect to experience;

* Gangs of children/young people sprawled across the roads or just hanging around on the streets and apartment entrances, etc.
* Dumpsters with garbage and junk littered all around them
* People shouting at each other at all hours - either as talking or fighting/arguing
* Dog poo where you walk and dog owners allowng their dogs to bark without control
* Poorly built and insulated apartments that are 30 years out of date
* Listening to all sorts of your neighbor's daily "living" noises
* Cars with loud stereos cruising the area late at night and when you want to sleep
* People "socialising" around stationary cars and playing loud music whenever they want
* No neighborliness or neighbours engaging much with each other
* A management that doesn't do anything about the above

There are better choices around and we are soon to make ours to leave.
