I've just moved into Six Forks Station. I have to commend the maintenance staff...the apartment was spotless and beautiful! They did an excellent of making this move in ready for me. The ladies in the office were great, especially Brenda, who made put forth extra effort to get me moved in on my terms. I have been impressed with the property. I did have a couple of mainentance requests that I called in. The staff was very friendly and asked when I would like for them to come in. And when I returned home from work, everything was done as I had asked. I have read the reviews posted by others, and it seems they are blaming management for things that may not be under their control. If you have an annoying dog keeping you up at night, how about go speak to the owner and try to resolve it, or move to a non-pet friendly community. Also read some complaints about being able to hear your neighbors. Let's be reasonable...YOU SHARE WALLS!! You are bound to hear some things. If it's excessive, go talk to the neighbor and see if you can't come to some understanding. Thus far, I'm very please with this property and love my new apartment. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Yeah...just re-read your first sentence. See how you like the place in a year. You just moved in and already had maintenance requests..that's a great sign! Who knows...maybe they are turning a new leaf...but after the way I was treated - I will never ever give this place any good remarks.

You can't expect a rental property to be perfect, there will be maintenance issues. Heck, there are maintenance issues with property you personally own. I have lived in far worse I assure you. And by the way Ananymous, I am not staff. It's been over 2 months and I'm still loving it. Very quiet, I'm not bothered, no more maintenance issues, the ladies in the office are still just as friendly. And I would still recommended this community to anyone.
