If it isn't bad enough that living here has become only very slightly better than living in deprived south central Los Angeles/Detroit, section 8 housing and prison-level accommodation, we now have staff who spend their paid time, that they should spend in actually doing actual work, writing fake reviews on this and other websites, just to get their pathetic percentage approval rating up. It has gone down from 80% because of the very same staff.

Its probably never occurred to these overpaid and gloried typists, who are great at faking their smiles, but one way to improve your approval rating is to actually do something about it and not be deceptive or lazy or spend your day sitting on your fat ass doing sweet nothing all day long, such as loud mouth ------ does.

Don't come here under any circumstances because you'll regret it from day 1.
The previous real reviews pretty much sum up what living here is like, but the problems are mostly correctable by actual action and having a policy that selects decent people.
The staff and company don't want to do any of that.

The company, Grubby Ellis, that is laughingly called a "management company" is totally inept and disinterested in its paying customers, apart from taking their money and overcharging for flaky, outdated and crumbling apartments, which are encircled and riddled by dog poo and degenerate tenants.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES...RUN...RUN....!!
