This place is absolutely horrible. I guess you want to know why so I'll list it off:
1. Located next to a Graveyard (Yes you read correctly, the place is next to a Graveyard)
2. -------- everywhere; Now don't get me wrong but when all of the ones that live here are illegal then there are some problems. They piss at the dumpster, have their music on all the time (Do you like partying at 3AM'), not to mention that they Park on the Grass, they are all pigs that only get drunk and break their bottles on the sidewalk and road.
3. Inviting people is pointless since there are never any parking spots, even for the people that live here. The only available parking is next to the Graveyard.
4. Dumpsters are always full, so the trash has no where to go.
5. Kids everywhere.
6. Drug Dealers
7. --- People
8. The office is about 10 miles away.
8. THE WORST PART, the landlord. He is the worst landlord in the history of landlords. He is a greedy, self-centered, ancient man. He doesn't respond to maintenance requests at all. All he cares about is the money. Do you want to complain about neighbors, good luck. The only way to get him to do anything is to threaten to call the State Inspectors (obviously the beer bottles are not a good sign.)
There is only one thing that I can think of that is good. If you go to Athens Drive High, its a two minute walk away.
Thank god I'm moving out.
